Catherine Jones
Catherine is an integrative counsellor, supervisor and trainer working with individuals and couples. She studied at University of Wales, Newport where she gained an MA in Counselling in 2013 and then went on to complete a Post Grad Diploma in Consultative Supervision in 2016. Catherine also holds a Diploma in Relational Couples Therapy.
Together with her practice partner, she founded a training organisation in 2015, Therapy Works Training, which offers CPD to qualified therapists who would like to understand how relational dynamics impact their clients (whether working one to one or with a couple). Catherine is passionate about the work we do with clients and has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and couples where this is present.
Catherine is an established tutor for the CPCAB and teaches on the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, BACP Approved Practitioner Qualification at the Way Forward Centre. Catherine finds working with students immensely rewarding and a constant opportunity for learning and growth. It is especially wonderful to see counsellors in training emerge into their individual styles and flourish as they develop. Catherine feels very privileged to be a part of that life changing process.
