When Attending for an Appointment
When you arrive, you will find a panel of 'buzzers' on the right-hand side as you enter the building. If you have an appointment with Kirsty Bilski then press 'KIRSTY BILSKI', if you have an appointment with another member of the counselling team then press 'WAY FORWARD'.
Your Counsellor will come to the door and find you.
Being situated on the ground floor enables easy access for disabled clients. There is also a ramp providing access to the main front door from the car park.
If you have a disability or any concerns about the setting at all, please contact Way Forward Counselling Services to discuss any concerns you may have, we understand how important it is to feel comfortable in your surroundings. All facilities within the building are suitable for disabled access.

Swan House can be located travelling out of Swansea on the 'Kingsway', instead of following the road round to the left towards Tesco, continue straight on through the traffic lights into St Helen's Road. Continue past a large church on the right and a small Tesco on the left. Swan House is just past Brunswick St. If you reach Brunswick Health Centre you have gone too far.
Please make sure you park in one of the 6 spaces in the car park but immediately opposite Swan House, and obtain a parking permit from Way Forward Counselling Services. There is a parking service operating which monitor this car park and can issue tickets if wrongly parked. You will have a permit for the duration of your appointment.
