Online and Telephone Counselling
At Way Forward Counselling Services we are more than happy to arrange any required Online and Telephone counselling for you.
This approach can be particularly useful if it is difficult to attend Face to Face counselling for whatever reason.
Some clients do a mixture of Face to Face and Online or Telephone Counselling depending on the busy schedule they keep or their specific ability to attend.
For instance, if your employment takes you to numerous different venues and/or you have a difficult shift pattern to contend with, this approach may suit your needs.
Busy Mums also find this approach useful as do disabled clients who sometimes find travelling to Face to Face appointments painful, challenging or anxiety provoking.
Provided parental or carer permissions are in place, this way of working can be useful for adolescents who might feel awkward about attending counselling face to face.
Whatever your individual circumstances we will consider what Online and Telephone counselling options might perhaps be a useful approach for you.
It couldn’t be easier, appointments are booked in the same way as Face to Face appointments except you will agree to either speak on the telephone or on the computer, whichever is most suitable for you. Appointments last for the same length of time, a full hour, and the cost is exactly the same (Fees).
Sessions are usually paid for by direct credit, which is a payment organised by you through your own bank and can usually be activated instantly each time you have an appointment. Pay Pal is also used by some clients.
